SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein (S1) RBD, Fc-Tag (CHO) (100µg) (Special Terms Apply*) (QTXAG-646-100) is recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein S1 subunit, receptor-binding domain (RBD) (319-541) is expressed in CHO cells using a C-terminal Fc-tag to greater than 90% purity. SARS-CoV-2, previously known as the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV), causes the pandemic COVID-19 disease.
SARS-CoV-2 Glycoprotein S1 RBD is a recombinant receptor-binding domain antigen (319-541), expressed in CHO cells using a C-terminal Fc-tag to greater than 90% purity. These proteins can be used as diagnostic standard antigens, targets of neutralizing antibodies and in the development of antibodies to detect SARS-CoV-2 in patients.
