Dengue Virus Serotype 4 NS1 Protein (HEK293) (500µg) (QTXAG-329-500) is recombinant Dengue Virus serotype 4 NS1 protein hexamer, incorporating a C-terminal 6xHis-tag, produced in mammalian HEK293 cells at greater than 95% purity. NS1 protein is available in a choice of two buffers, Tris-Nacl or EPPS-NaCl, both at pH8.5. Tris buffered NS1 protein is suitable for most standard applications. EPPS buffered NS1 is provided for protein conjugation studies.
Dengue Virus Serotype 4 NS1 protein has been manufactured in response to the unmet need for highly purified, concentrated proteins for use in vaccine development (including use as an immunogen) and serological based diagnostic assays. DENV4 NS1 protein is engineered on human cell lines using state-of-the-art expression techniques.
The resultant hexameric presentation is believed to be the biologically active form of NS1 involved in key aspects of dengue pathogenesis. DENV4 NS1 protein is purified to a high degree, are in their native folding state, and possess all post-translational modifications. This advanced approach results in a product which delivers optimal antigenicity due to its human origin.
