Influenza B [B/Washington/02/2019] Hemagglutinin (HA), His-Tag (100µg) (Special Terms Apply*) (QTXAG-680-100) is a recombinant influenza virus hemagglutinin protein derived from the Ha sequence of B/Washington/02/2019, expressed and purified from HEK293 cells as aa 1-545, and fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. This virus is recommended by WHO for inclusion in the quadrivalent and trivalent vaccines for use in the 2020 – 2021 northern hemisphere influenza season.
This Influenza virus hemagglutinin protein is derived from the HA sequence of B/Washington/02/2019, expressing aa 1-545, and fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
