Mouse Anti-Adenovirus Hexon Protein Antibody (A15) (100µg) (QTXAB-125-100) is Mouse monoclonal antibody specific for Adenovirus hexon protein (clone A15).
Adenovirus hexon protein antibody (clone A15) is a mouse monoclonal antibody recognising the hexon protein of Adenovirus. Hexon protein is the largest and most abundant structural protein in the adenovirus capsid. This antibody is suitable for use in ELISA. This antibody recognises hexon protein from all strains of adenovirus that have been tested, including strains 2, 3, 4, 5, 15, 31, 40 and 41.
The antibody does not cross react with Astrovirus, Campylobacter spp., Clostridium difficile, Cryptosporidium, Enterovirus, Escherichia coli, Giardia, Helicobacter pylori, HAV, Influenza type A, Influenza type B, Listeria monocytogenes, Norovirus, Respiratory syncytial virus, Rotavirus, Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., Yersinia enterocolitica.
