Oropouche Virus Gn Protein, Mouse Fc (100µg) (Special Terms Apply*) (QTXAG-470-100) is recombinant oropouche virus minor glycoprotein Gn expressed in HEK293 cells, comprising amino-acids 17-204 from the M segment polyprotein and incorporating a mouse IgG1 Fc tag, expressed in mammalian HEK293 cells. Purity greater than 90%.
Oropouche virus Gn protein was expressed in mammalian HEK293 cells. The transmembrane region of the protein has been replaced with mouse IgG Fc, via a glycine-serine linker. The purified protein is approximately 55kD on analysis by reducing SDS-PAGE.
