Oropouche Virus Nucleoprotein (500µg) (Special Terms Apply*) (QTXAG-463-500) is recombinant oropouche virus Nucleoprotein, incorporating a N-terminal 6xHis tag, expressed in E. coli. Purity greater than 95%.
Oropouche virus Nucleoprotein is a 26kDa protein prepared by expression in E. coli and purified to >95% by His-tag affinity chromatography and ion exchange chromatography.
There are currently no commercially available diagnostic immunoassays for OROV infection, and we are pleased to make available recombinant OROV Nucleoprotein to support potential assay development. This highly purified antigen has been expressed and produced in E. coli BL21 cells.
